Danielle considers herself to be very fortunate for the invaluable experiences and exposure that she has had in the earlier years of her career.
It all began at Terenzo Hair International, where she worked for five years. She then followed the thrill of doing hair and make-up on the Expresso Morning Show and Top Billing, as well as working on local and international commercials. She had the dream job. In addition, she had the privilege of teaching at Head 2 Toe Make-up and Hair Styling School for four years.
Over time she branched out into the wedding makeup and hair market, and that is where she found her real passion. She love being part of this special day in a woman’s life, at home or at an exotic destination abroad. This involves planning every detail of the look, experimenting at the trial and ensuring that she feels like the most beautiful woman on earth at her wedding.
Make-up artistry is a natural extension of Danielle’s creative skills, and her love for fashion keeps her effortlessly up to date with the latest trends. She uses only the best products from her favourite brands, including Armani, Chanel, MAC, Bobbi Brown, Charlotte Tilbury, KKW and Kylie Cosmetics.
Danielle is also a business woman, and runs a successful hair and make-up agency, D&M Agency, together with her partner Monique Du Toit. They cater for larger events and weddings, and have a hand-picked selection of the finest in the industry to ensure that their clients’ beauty needs are professionally catered for.
